About me
My name is Lauren Lagaly. I'm a Personal Trainer & strength and conditioning coach.
bio
I help athletes of all ages get stronger and move well. I specialize in strength training, injury prevention, and corrective exercise. There is no one-size-fits-all workout, so I write training programs that are specialized for the person in front of me, based on their individual bodies and goals.
I became certified for personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2020. Before becoming a trainer, I received a BA from the University of Kansas and worked in libraries and tech. Outside of the gym, I enjoy traveling, all things nerdy, and hanging out with my dog.

Philosophy
I use science-based strength training principles to write periodized training programs. You can expect me to track your progress meticulously and make data-informed decisions that get results.
As a coach, I aim to provide a comfortable, private, and fun environment, where we do hard things but enjoy the process as much as possible.
